TJ has a broad and deep background in real estate, having gained experience from roles such as a real estate broker, mortgage banker, business coach, branch manager, team leader, and investor. He also has experience with foreclosures and short sales. By nature, TJ is more concerned with building relationships than simply making sales. He is a detail oriented "people person" who believes in doing things right the first time, and prefers to do business by referral.
